• Washing Your Towel –  Always wash in warm water before use. Wash dark colors separately, and it is recommended not to wash your toweling products with other garments
• Printed Towels – Owning a printed towel is much like having a pair of new jeans. It is normal for the excess ink to come out of the product during the wash and rinse cycles, particularly in the initial wash. It is also normal for ink transfer to occur when the print area is rubbed against an unprinted area before washing. We recommend you do not rub the print area of the towel at all.
• Drying Your Towel – We all love to have a nice, soft towel! To achieve the perfect result, we suggest tumbling drying your towel after washing. However, it is possible to over-dry the towel if you do this too frequently. Over-dying removes the natural moisture content in the fabric and can cause the towel to feel rough. Do not leave your towels wet or damp as this encourages mildew growth and possible staining.
• Pulled Loops  – Jewellery, watches, and even fingernails can create a ‘pull’ in even the most premium promotional towel. Should you, unfortunately, end up with a pull, do not latch onto the thread or pull further. Instead, carefully snip the thread with sharp scissors. Snipping one thread will not have a determinantal effect on the life of the towel, and it will ensure your problem thread won't get pulled further.
