WHEN CUSTOMERS NEED HELP
Once you place your order, you’ll immediately receive an email confirmation with your order number. Within 48 hours you will receive the production mockup based on what you mocked up on the site. If we are using embroidery to embellish your design, you will receive a layout of your design
What formats are acceptable?
Highest resolution possible. We prefer AI or EPS files. We can even assist you with logo designs.
Information I submit safe?
We keep your artwork on secure cloud environment, safe and backed by highest security compliance guarantee. Your data is safe and kept to make reordering easy.
Do you ship outside of The United States?
Not at this time but we are working on expanding to various countries in Europe and Asia.
